Payment Policy

Course Fees & Payment

All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in full at the time of enrollment unless an installment plan has been expressly agreed in writing. Enrollment is confirmed only after the payment (or the first agreed installment) has been received. Fees shown on the website or shared by our admissions team may include limited-time discounts or coupon codes; the price applicable is the one confirmed at the time of payment.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and bank transfer via our authorized payment processors. We do not store your card or banking details — payment information is processed securely by the payment provider.

Invoices & Receipts

A payment receipt is issued for every successful transaction to the email address provided at enrollment. Please retain this receipt as proof of payment. If you require a GST invoice, contact us at info@abalearningacademy.com with your payment reference.

Refunds & Cancellations

Registration fees and amounts paid for live batches, bootcamps, and masterclasses are non-refundable once the batch or session has commenced. If a program is cancelled or rescheduled by ABA Learning Academy and the new schedule does not work for you, you may request either a full refund of the amount paid for that program or a credit towards another program of equivalent value. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Discounts & Coupon Codes

Discount coupons are promotional, time-bound, and cannot be combined with other offers or redeemed for cash. A coupon must be applied at the time of payment; discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed transactions.

Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If an amount is debited but your enrollment is not confirmed, the transaction usually reverses automatically within 5–7 working days. If it does not, or if you have been charged more than once for the same enrollment, write to info@abalearningacademy.com with the transaction details and we will resolve it promptly.
